4wd swap

I have a 93 xj and just bought a 2000 for the 4wd components. I know it will bolt up. But what issues will I have to take care of for it to function as it should? I am not swapping engines, Im looking to run 1993 engine with 2000 trans/transfercase and axles.

Are you sure it will bolt up? I thought the transmission splines were different.

They are different that’s why I’m wanting to do the transmission and tcase the only thing I’m worried about is the connector side of things
