Do you guys know of any place that I can find an XJ 44? I have been searching the web and I haven't really come up much. I guess I was just curious if there was a single place that has lots of them.

Mine I got from an '87 w/tow package, and I believe all the XJs around that year w/tow packages had the 44.

Try out storksauto.com in PA. They usually have a few for somewhere around 500-600 bucks. Also a great place for cheap doors, hatches, etc. I found them a couple years ago, and they always seem to have what I have needed. They also sell used 4.0's for $100 without the intake or exhaust manifolds. Good luck.

$500-600 is a rip for a XJ 44 personally.

But as everyone else said check local yards and craigslist.
