Default 4-link/coil conversion

so im scooping me up some donor d60s and im onna convert to coils in the rear. planning on running a 8" long arm 4 link suspension. can anyone tell me if i can use a TJ long arm sytem so i can have a single crossmember that has mounts for the front and rear control arms? or would i be better off with an XJ long arm system and use a second crossmember with control arm mounts, or weld universal 4-link mounts on the unibody rail for the rear upper and lowers?

TJ won't work cause you have a 7" longer wheelbase.

if you build a center cradle that goes back a bit you can do it but you should probably just start from scratch thats what i'm doing..just designin my own setup i can't afford to buy fancy stuff but the welder is paid for

have you checked out the Clayton Offroad kit? i think it has a cross member for the front and a member for the rear long arms but they have a skid plate that bolts to the 2 . if you have a facebook page then they have some good pics of their kit and a lot of info. go to the photo section and check out the 3 link and 4 link. i 'm not sure if this link will work.http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/...00000328147432 pics.http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/...00000328147432

I'd just go with a kit. Staangs Fab has the best kit on the market in my opinion. The thing is ridiculous.

If I didn't know any better I'd say that was a Clayton kit.

well in all reality how much can you redesign it... the simplest way is the strongest best performing so many kits will all look the same
