i have a 1995 Jeep Cherokee XJ 2.5l 4X4 with the ax5 manual trans and NP 231 t-case. Chrysler 8 1/4 rear axle and dana 30 front axle with 4.10 gears.

Does anyone know what driveshafts fit that? Is is the same as the 4.0 automatic or the 4.0 manual? is it the same for 84-96? I am looking on ebay for a front and rear driveshaft and it looks like there are many different sizes for the jeep cherokee, i don't know what applications will work on mine.

My problem is i have a vibration at 60 + speeds and i think it is the rear driveshaft or front driveshaft. You can buy used ones for like $25 so it is easy to try, but i just don't know which ones fit my jeep.

any help will be appreciated.

why dont you measure the ones you have them match them up

i measured it and i got exactly 36" from center u joint to center u joint for the rear drive shaft? Does any body have one of these for sale?

I inspected it closely and there is a gash in it, i have no idea how that happened.
