this is what ive always been told
31= 4.10
33= 4.56
35= 4.88

Im going to upgrade my tire size to 35's and i was thinking 4.56 because i do alot of highway driving,Just feels like the 4.88 is too low

i dont do much rock climbing,, mostly DD and some muddy trails,, 4.88 just seems like it would rev high going through mud jackpots

2300-2700 is where the engine is most efficient. on a stock rig youd want the lowest of low RPMs, but with a rig with bigger (heavier) tires, armor, and lift (more wind resistance) you want to get in the sweet spot.

 

I have 33's, and am going with 4:88's, because I know I'll be wanting to go with some 35's at some point in the future.
