I am going to build a 4.6 stroker for my 95 xj. Its not like the newer vehicles that you can just plug in a predator and adjust the air fuel ratio. What would i need to do to get everything tuned properly?

Bigger injectors first of all, Maybe an adjustable fuel rail.. I think the computer can handle the little extra capacity of the 4.6 though and does the rest of the tuning. I dont know anyone with a stroker so im not completely sure though

 

if you do a cam in it you will need an adjustible map also

 

where can i find one?



also i do know the ford 24# injectors are the choice in the stroker builds

Is the EFI on the 4.0 Open Loop EFI or closed loop ??
