4.0 engine shakes very badly and BARELY idles

fuel filter is a great idea. seems as if my fuel pressure is too high then?

had the same issue and it was the vacuum line from my MAP sensor, accidentally disconnected it putting in new injectors

got a mobile mechanic coming over tomorrow. im sure he can figure it out. its expensive but worth it i guess. whenever i figure the problem out ill post what it was guys.
