Im going to do a 3 inch ba$tard lift and for a long time im going to keep my stock 29s.Would this look ridiculous or just a little small?

 

It'll look alright.

 

You will be fine with 29s. I had a budget boost that I gor a little over 3" out of and ran 30s and they looked great, (Wish I still had that XJ) so 29s on a 2" will look similar. Sry no pics that was about 6 years ago and I had no camera.

 

Yep, it'll look OK, keep your eyes open for some used tires, you can get em pretty cheap sometimes!! There may even be a set of CF for sale, good luck!! Take some pics!!

 

thats what im running right now is a 3 in rough country and i just got 29 underneath it. it looks a little weird in my opinion but when money is tight thats all you can do

 

why lift if you're only running 29s for a long time?

 

Just going 2 run them until i get money.

Thanks im 15 so its a slow process thats what my bro did to his 240sx.

 

and as far as me running 29's its because i live on my own and castle rock colorado is an expensive place to live so its just a project all the time.

I actually thought about this for a moment. It wouldn't really matter what it looks like with 29's because on about the 23rd day of having the lift on and seeing those microscopic tires, you will become fed up with how it looks and upgrade to 31's. So just lift it and wait for the inevitable to happen.

 

I want 31s but dont have the money yet.
