Well no offense but, not only would that not work, it would look terrible... You're better off buying 4 matching tires. Dont go wider than 10.50 unless you plan on doin a lift...

it's more than ok to remove the back sway bar. In fact some of the later models dont even have them... The only difference you will notice is more flex. It's just a few bolts and it comes right out. You definitely have to leave the front one though..

yea, my 99 didn't have a sway bar and my 89 with the "tow package" didn't come with one, rear sway does almost nothing on the road, and hurts offroad.

Just figured I'd point something out here. If you're going to cut your quarter panels far enough to separate the flanges, you should consider welding or using a structural adhesive to bond the two back together. Being a unibody vehicle, the quarter panels add quite a bit of structural rigidity to it and if you just seal them with a sealer or some silicone you risk warping the body and floor pan under heavy load.
