3 in w/ 235s??
just got refunded money from college for payin too much...now looking at lifts. thinking about the RC series 2, 3 inch lift. also some black rock 5 spokes off quadratec....heres the catch, i just bought new tires last summer. goodyear wrangler 235s...and they still are good. im thinking im just going to get them re mounted onto the new wheels, but im worried about it looking stupid with some tiney little tires. what do you guys think? anybody have a picture of one with 3 inch lift on 235s?
im looking through the xj lift/tire setup thread, but everybody has 31s haha.
thanks for the help

Only advantage is disconnecting swaybars and having TONS of flex.
Mine, 4 rear 3 front (swaybars connected, not much flex):

they probably won't look that bad on wider stance wheels. but yeah, i put my stock ones on my 4.5" lift and they looked kinda funky.

hmm. not toooo bad...i dunno haha. i was also thinking just getting a 2 inch lift with coils and aal, w/out shocks cause my shocks are good for up to 2 inch (procomp somethin or anothers)
and later just getting a 1 inch budget boost when i get money for some 31s, spacers and shackles and new shocks then...what do ya think about that?

I had a pic of mine sitting flat somewhere, but I cant find it.
I got one, its dark out but you get the idea.
I really dont like it, but I dont have any money for 31s.

Rear is 4, front is 3. Using center of hub to flair method.
Gonna level it and get some tires if I can ever find a job.. lol
That looks fine, lots of room for flex
