Default 3 questions about alignments

So I took my jeep with 4.5 in lift to merchants tire since I have an alignment plan there, They told me 3 things that blew my mind.

1. That Jeeps do not have a Caster adjustment.
2. That they can not center the axle due to aftermarket products. I have adjustable Uppers, lowers, and trackbar.
3. They told me that they did an alignment and when I went to look at my car, I could visibly tell the tires were not aligned. O------\\ is what it looked liked from the top down.

Anyone ever heard of this or is it just retards working there?

I would say they're idiots. With an adjustable tbar, the front axle should be able to be centered, caster, even stock is semi adjustable with shims for the lcas, being yours (ucas and lcas) are adjustable...umm there's a caster adjustment available.....i would bring it somehwere that knows what they're doing with a lifted modded vehicle.

camber isn't adjustable normally, unless you get offset balljoints.

just retards. if you have adjustable Upper and lower CA's and an adjustable trac bar. then everything can be adjusted with the exception of camber.

they're just lazy

Did they charge you for alignment ? if so take pics of it from head on with the recipt close by in pic... take it someplace eles get it done right.. then call the BBB on them.... Then go ask for a refund for charging you for something they did not do.... and recomend they stop advertising they do alignments or you will have them investagated for fradulant work....
Ive been a mechanic all my life... and i can not stand it when a garage screws someone out of money because they did not know how to preform the work...it makes me and the rest of the honest wrenches look bad...

I love the old Godzilla movies.... yeah they are running you around. With that many adjustable parts they just were telling you this to get you out of there and making it so that they didn't have to do all the work.
