hey guys i currently have a 98 xj with a 2 inch budget lift. but i am removing that and going with a 3 inch lift. i hate the way my xj rides with the spacers and shackles because its bumpy stiff and i have a death wobble. im going to add a leaf, coils, shocks all around, a steering stabilizer, trac bar, an alignment, control arms, brake line extension, and a .5 inch transfer case drop. i just want tips on how to make the truck ride smoother and not be bumpy as hell. also if the alighnment, control arms and steering stabilizer will help the death wobble, tie rods are good. please help

 

I'm curious as well here, in a similar situation myself.

 

if you want the factory smooth ride go back to stock suspension plain and simple not being smart once you start lifting thing are gonna ride different .

 

x2 It also depends on what lift you use. My ride improved with a RC 4.5 with full leafs, but some say theres is a lot worse. I've heard that OME kits ride pretty nice though they are just a little pricey.
