Model: Cherokee (XJ)

Hey all, I have a 1995 2.5 2 door Cherokee which is 2WD, it's from Nevada and rust free so it's really clean by new jersey standards. This would just be a beater for when my other car breaks down and doing pizza delivery. I'd sell it and get something auto and 4wd but this Jeep has a salvage title so it isn't worth much. 112k original miles though and it runs real good. Clutch seems on its way out. Don't really mind it staying 2wd though a 4wd option for winter would be nice. What would be required for a automatic swap? What trans? Thanks for any help
