Well I got started finally. I am doing this in two stages. Transmission swap then I will start on axle. I have removed the 2WD transmission and will in stalled transmission and transfer case tomorrow.

Everything seems to match up as the are both AW4 transmissions with same model numbers. On my Cherokee there is one plug-in loose at the rear of the with two wires (green and white I believe). I had cut the harness on the 4WD and the plug right above where the tranfer case shifter location has three wires. I have other parts Cherokee and probably pull the harness if I need to. Not sure exactly what these do and if I could wire them directly where they need to go or the best what to take care of them?

I feel this hopefully is the only thing that seems I need to figure out. My Cherokee is an 01 and my donor parts are from 98-99. I don't see any vacumn lines but appear to have vent hoses. Thanks for any help. I have taken pictures for those who ask.
