2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo Blinker Issues

2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo Blinker Issues
I have tried to repair Blinker issue - All Signs point to the Relay. However I tried to repair the old relay and it worked some but stooped. Inserted New Relay I have NO turn Signal NO flashers Checked some fuse refereed to as F20 and fuse is in fine.
Any ideas I have NO blinkers in or out ?
