2001 XJ what the h*ll!
So my Cherokee is running like poo.
Parts I've replaced recently
Clearwater Head- stock wasn't cracked just replaced for piece of mind
New TPS
New MAP
Cleaned IAC
New champion plugs
New Cam sensor OEM
New CPS OEM
New Coil Pack
New Battery
2 new injectors
This was going on before all these were replaced and nothing has seemed to help. Dealership was unable to locate any issues. Idled rough between 500-1000rpm. Gas mileage is about 13-15mpg. Dealership said O2s checked out fine. I know clogged cat would show up at a higher rpm and restrict power I have power but idle blows.
Any suggestions?

Yep went to the Chrysler dealer here. They thought it was a burnt valve but compression did not suggests that.

I had a Dodge neon once. Its timing chain ended up being streched and caused the idle to droop and sit about 500rpm everytime I came to a stoplight. stealership told me it was this.. and it was that.... and ended up doing all kinds of warranty work for nothing.
finally one day I got tired of it, and searched online and found allpar.com for some good answers.
on a hunch after reading a billion articles, I replaced the timing chain with a kit, and BOOM BRAND NEW CAR BABY. accelleration was back, off the line performance was night and day. no more idle droop.
maybe worth a look?

O2s on a 12 year old vehicle are not going to be all okay. They're only specced for about 60-80k miles.
Have you tested the TPS and actually checked the IAC? Ground refreshing? Worn valve springs are not unheard of. Did the dealer do your compression test? The maximum compression that you should get via the official method is 150 PSI
What EXACTLY is the problem? Rough idle and bad mileage?
