Hello fellow XJ enthusiasts,
ever since I purchased my 2001 xj two years ago I have never been able to get the rear wiper to work when I need it. Seems very odd, but it will sometimes work when it's dry outside and doesn't work when raining. I don't think it could be the switch because the washer fluid will sprays the hatch window when fully depressed. I've been puzzled and have minimal electrical experience.
Jeep was rear ended at some point before I purchased it and apparently the rear hatch was replaced.
Looking for any insights from experience or steps to find and eliminate the problem.
Thanks!
