I still own the car, and still dont know whats wrong with it
Im thinking about selling it at car max for at least couple hundred dolars :/

What temp did you perform the compression test?
Also i would drain about a pint of coolant into a bucket, leave it for and hour and see if you have a small oil slick in the bucket. I went through everything you have on my misfire, Turns out i had a crack in between the #1 cylinder valve seats. Also check you exhaust manifold for cracks, that could cause a slight back pressure issue.
Has the jeep ever been over heated to your knowledge?
