Hey folks,

  • Gates Water pump, Dorman tube inlet & coolant thermostat housing | Amazon $52
  • A-premium Power steering pump | Amazon $70
  • Spark plugs | Amazon $30
  • Gates serpentine belt | carparts.com $39
  • Alternator | carparts.com $119
  • Upgrade main battery/engine cables - | Ksuspension $125
  • Radiator & AC condenser - Carparts.com | $173
  • Banks Exhaust header - $570
  • Engine mounts | Brown dog Rubber Ultra flex $165
  • EFI wire cover | quadratec $90

Well, don’t forget to take a good look at all the stuff you can now see. It’s really nice to take care of rust while sitting on your front axle. Also wiring and break lines are nice and visible. I did do anything special for head shielding some of the things by the header like the diff breather tube but now would be a good time.

A 2001? 0331 cylinder head cracks ring a bell?

They don't all crack but now's the time to deal with it.

Thanks, yeah I spoke to my machine shop when I dropped it off and told them to toss the current head. I think I'm going to order a tupy off Ebay. The edelbrock is nice but too damn spendy.

Just figure it's fairly inexpensive and my AC wasn't all too great, might as well since it's out and I'm doing the radiator?
