Yesterday I was moving it in the driveway, ran fine, was about to shift into reverse and it died like someone turned the key off. Tried to restart it and it just cranks. No codes set or stored. Temp gauge was at the line above 100 when it happened and about 80 outside. I checked fuel pressure, with the key cycled to "on" it peaked to 48-50psi then leaved to 43-46psi (gauge purged) and cranking was 43-46psi. Tried started fluid couple times. When I did it, it sounded like it wanted to go then went back to regular cranking. Tried it today, wanted to go couple of times then the few last times the starter fluid did nothing, just regular cranking. Still no codes. The hole dash, windows, wipers, everything still works.

Back in the winter I went home turn around in the driveway and died like someone turned the key off. But threw a code for the cam sensor. Changed that yesterday and made no difference.

Could it be a crank sensor since it controls spark and fuel or could it be something elts?

 

Since you say you have good fuel pressure, I'd say a CPS crank position sensor is a logical choice. Google CPS testing. It can be read out with a multimeter to verify if it's bad before you drop the cash.

 

Most likely culprit is the crank sensor, but you'll need to crank for a minimum of ten seconds continuous before the computer will set the code.
