2001 Cherokee Sport Won't Run

2001 Cherokee Sport Won't Run
Halp I have a 2001 Cherokee Sport that will not kick over.The starter turns the engine. The odometer reads no buS, the voltmeter and gas gauge do not show any reading with the key in the run setting. Am I looking at a dead computer? If so where the hell is it located? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also no detectable fuell and spark.
I forgot to mention that I could not detect any fuel pressure or spark. I an not sure how to check for a spark on this car.,but it wouldn't kick over with starting fluid . Plus was no fuel pump activity at all. And what the hell does no buS on the odometer mean?
