Arrow 2001 cherokee limited build help

I had a very solid 01' cherokee limited,, motor jammed solid...lol. The body and drive train is excellent.
1. I want to run 35-38" tires with cheap black steel wheels what size wheels and back spacing.???? don't care about tires sticking out past fenders
2. What brand and size of lifts are required or is body and suspension required??
3. I am not going to run the jeep motor... I have 3 chev 350 motors built on stands here all making about 430 - 500 hp will it fit?
4. transmission??? i have 2 turbo 350s and could use them as well will they work and what adapters do i need....????? I dont need help with exhaust carb linkages just an idea on the below stuff
5. I wonder what gear ratio and rear ends it has???
THANK YOU CHEROKEE READERS
Money is and object but would like to make the project reasonable and strong

The stock axles won't hold up to that kind of power or size tire. Look into some tons.
