cheapest i found was rough country. i bought new rear springs local cause mine were sagging, but its almost as cheap to get them from r.c. when you order the lift. you will need bolts for the shock, and new rear u bolts. i had like $650 in mine inc. rear springs, and i bought a new steer. shock also.

try looking in the for sale section for some springs or spacer lift, should find used pretty cheap. try craigslist as well.

a 2" spacer in front and a shackle in the rear will raise it alittle.

it should be ok. if you do get vibes get some big washers from the hardware store to lower your trans cross member alittle. but that shouldnt be needed.

I'd suggest searching the local classifieds for a take off lift. I've run into a number of guys going back to stock because they want to get back to stock gas milaege. I sold my stock parts after doing my lift in a week, one guy (rear springs) building a bastard pack, the other guy returning one to stock, might be an option for you. Just putting it out there.
