2001 AW-4 transmission filter help

Welcome to the 2001 XJ Limited Club! Here are pics of mine that I bought 1 month ago ...these are pics from the dealership I went to.

Everything is running perfectly so far - i just need to find out why it has "clunk" noise when I go over bumps (possibly shocks?) and I had to fix the valve gasket was leaking oil. FLUSH YOUR COOLANT SYSTEM ASAP - AVOID CRACKS!
One other thing driving me crazy is the front driver heat seater won't work it just flashes a yellow light ...passenger side heater works perfect...doh!
