2000 XJ D30/8.25 Ring/Pinion Question

Engine: 4.6L I6 Stroker with port matched +99 intake and 62mm TB
I have a question about Ring and Pinions for these axle pairs. I found a 4.11 R&P for the Dana 30 and a 4.10 R&P for the C8.25. Is that going to mess up the driveline since it's .01 off?
