2000 Jeep Cherokee fuel pressure

2000 Jeep Cherokee fuel pressure
I am going nuts trying to fix this issue. For some reason I cannot maintain constant fuel pressure. I replaced the fuel pump assembly, everything was great for about three weeks. Now the fuel pressure is lower. Is there something I can do to maintain constant fuel pressure all the time?
