On my wifes JGC with a 4.0 engine, When i check my fuel pressure at the rail what should i have? Should it read a steady reading at idle? And if i have the correct pressure does that mean that my fuel regulator is good?

What it is the reason for checking the fuel pressure?. Fuel pump either work or not. If you not getting enough fuel then the fuel filter my be the reason.
