2000 intermittent wiper module

2000 xj front wipers with no delay function and stop where ever the multiswitch is turned off. Wipers work fine on the low and high constant setting.
From what I read and see the 2000 xj was a year that jeep stopped using the delay module under the kick panel and had it built into the multiswitch on the column? I am checking before ordering one and swapping it out.

Yes, it's in the multi-function.
I had this issue on my 00 TJ - I changed the multi-function and it still didn't work. I ended up replacing the wiper motor and - boom - intermittent wipers worked again.
