Guys,
My door locks frequently lock and unlock without me pressing any button on the fob, or the door switch. I'm assuming that my door switch has finally gone out, the child lock for the windows hasn't worked in years, the passenger mirror stopped being able to be adjusted through the controller, and the driver mirror adjustment is working when it wants. to work
I was just planning to replace the whole door switch assembly, unless someone here has a different thought.

The door switches sometime developed cracked solder joints, which can be fixed if you take them apart. I would take a good look at the wiring between the door frame and the door too. It can fatigue and get real bizarre if the insulation is worn through and shorting.
For the driver side switch, the D-pad and L/R button do not pop off. Leave them be. Pry the others off as shown in the video, which cover 97-01 XJ. The toggle covers are thin at the bottom and do sometimes split. Ive split a few. Some took the passenger side switch apart and resoldered those joints as well. You can remove the clear parts as well and clean the contacts. Dont loose anything. A Q-tip and electrical cleaner, or rubbing alcohol will do. I dont recommend taking the safety lock apart as the spring inside is super fiddly to get right again, so leave it be. Resolder all the joints regardless of what you see.

Thanks for the tips guys. I may have stumbled on part of the problem today. I had the back hatch open today, and when I closed the rear hatch, my doors all locked. I lifted open the rear gate and pulled back the rubber insulation for the hatch wiring and found two wires that have no insulation. Guess that's what I'll be looking into this weekend. I'll definitely take another look at the door wiring too.
Hatch wiring is another common issue. The factory used cheap wiring imo, and in many places has very little, if any, slack. Constant tugging opening and closing doors wears that wiring out. While you are in there, see if there any slack in the wiring. A little can go a long way.
Some say crimp, others say solder. As long as its a solid repair it will last a long time. Use heatshrink.

If you go into the hatch wiring where it runs from the body to the hatch handle the rubber there carefully.
They like to rip and half time are already compromised.
Finding them new, to the best of my knowledge, is not going to happen.
The boneyard could pan out but a lot of times you will just find them torn already.

Update:
I repaired the wiring in my hatch (found 2 damaged ones). Once repaired, and optimistic I had fixed my problem, I opened my passenger door only to have my doors immediately lock as I opened the door. I opened and closed the door several times, and more often than not my door locks would cycle when opening the passenger (front) door.
I checked the wires in there, and all looked good so I removed the door lock/window switch assembly from the passenger side and went through the re-soldering procedure in the above posted video. Once reassembled, the locks no longer cycled when opening and closing the door.
Feeling proud of the accomplishment, I decided to take off the driver's front door panel and do the same to that that lock/window switch assembly. The drivers side assembly was in worse shape than the passenger side.
I cleaned the contacts for all the window switches, and re-soldered all the connections. Once reassembled, the lights on the switch assembly work, and now I can run the windows up and down from their own switch. The only think still not working is the passenger mirror, but since I'm the only one who drives it and have no reason to adjust I'm just going to let that go.
All and all, I was happy with how this turned out, and in the end none of the work was that difficult.
Thanks for the tips, videos and suggestions to all that gave them.
