Jeep was parked for about a month after hunting season ended, went to start it and it cranks but no start. No spark, replaced the CPS and nothing changed. It says error code p1389 manufacturer control ignition system or misfire. Has good fuel pressure, doesnt even think about sputtering, just cranks on and on. Thoughts?

That code means no voltage detected from the ASD relay. I'd start by checking the ASD fuse and swapping the relay.
Here's a picture stolen from CCKen showing the location of the fuse.

Mopar, actually robbed the parts from my 98 that i know works. Do not see any rodent damage on this hotrod, so far anyhow!

I just bought a Jeep with this code. Wouldn't start without starting fluid down the throttle body, then would run fine. Started checking fuses and a 15 amp fuse for an o2 sensor was blown. Replaced and she fired right up, I believe it was the top row middle fuse
