Who makes the best? I have seen a lot of 1.5" kits out there but much fewer 2". I want to do a 2" kit first, then later down the road add a 3" suspension kit for a total of 5". But, I don't want to get something I will regret getting.
Also, with a 2" kit, will I have issues with my TJ Canyon wheels and 30" MTRs? Any advice would be great and anybody that has this setup, if you could post some pics, that would help, too.
Thank you!

My tires are 31 inch street tires but I have had full size truck wheels with insane backspacing and 33s before and it was ok. The rear are actually Chevy lowering shackles, not real certain on the length
The fenders are trimmed so it looks like a lot more lift. the tires in the pic above hung out of the fender a good 4 inches so I think your little tires should be good to go

Don't get me lying to you. I've trimmed every XJ I've ever owned and slapped tires under it within seconds of ownership. If they fit now, there's no reason in the world they wouldn't fit lifted. Get an alignment done if you do lift it or it will be a squirley tire wearing bastard

My 2 inches fits my 30 bfgs perfectly at full flex with no rubbing at all. Just be sure to leave the little stock dampener in the front. Gives you about another 1/4 inch in the front since the spacers at only 1 3/4 in size. It rides fantastic to. Sorry no pics right now since its all beat to hell and I'm sort of embarrassed to post pics of it until I get the body fixed up In the coming weeks.

Oh also I didn't need an alignment with this lift since I didn't remove any of the alignment components. I had it checked and it was still perfect. I also didn't need to trim the fenders at all... Yet anyway

It's the fact that you have changed the vehicle's ride height that REQUIRES you to get an alignment. You just effectively toed in the alignment a few degrees and made your steering wheel off center. It's a known fact that any lift requires an alignment no matter what even though you're not touching any alignment adjusting components
Go for the BB. You don't have nearly enough tire to require a full blown lift kit yet. It might end up looking goofy with empty fender wells... kinda like mine
