If you mean, with the 3" inch as well, you probly could. You may have to trim a little but not much. My tires measure over 32 inches tall even though they are supposed to be 31s. Mine clear fine now. They scrubbed before I installed the shackles and spacers.

This may make me sound like an idiot, but what are you reffering to with SYE. I guess Im not familiar with that.

He means a slip yoke eliminator, on the back of the transfer case. The drive shaft setup on yours and mine ('99) slides in/out of the transfer case. The eliminator setup puts a yoke in the transfer case so you can use a U-joint there, possibly a Constant Velocitly type setup since it will accomodate the steeper driveline angle. Btw Jeep looks great with the added height. I am wanting to go this route also, as a less expensive means to an entire kit. Let me know what troubles you encounter, if any. Later, Mike.

My advice is to get longer. I did this and nothing was rubbing until I went wheeling and the brake hose ended up against the back of the rotor. The next morning went to leave pushed the brakes and my foot went straight to the floor ripped a nice hole in my new brake hose a replaced a week earlier.
