2" Hitch for 96 Cherokee Bolt onto a 200

I loosened the straps and tried to move it enough but ended up a 1/2 inch short. It was a Reese hitch and it was for XJ's up to 96. Between the skid and the tank it was not going in. I used pry bars to no avail. I was using a tank skid from my 89 XJ? Oh well it's in the past now. I do have an extra hitch for sale. ;^)
