Default 1st, 2nd GEAR NO WORK

Let me elaborate so I will be in 4th gear going down road then I will go to neutral flip my blinker on and turn corner when I go to put it in second there like a wall blocking it so I try first gear and same thing. I can not put it in third because when I put it in third from neutral all it does is grind and won't work, I usually have to push clutch in go and to first, then to third, and release clutch then give it gas. It does this about once every five times tried researching it but nada so what you guys got for me.

Do you shift without the clutch most times? If you do it destroys your synchros man.

No, I shift with the clutch all the time have never tried the "perfect shift" where you don't use clutch.

Then it sounds like whoever did your gears screwed up your synchros and you might need new ones, did you do a complete rebuild or just replace gears/clutch?

No it smells fine I just put carpet in but even with carpet out it just smelled like an engine inside nothing burning. My fluid is good in it. To get it in to first or second when it does not want to go I have to rev it up in neutral or with clutch in then push it in to second or first and it grinds a little bit when I do it.

More than likely as stated previously the synchronizers in the trans are trashed.

Easy to replace as long as you have access to a press to break down and reassemble.
