Yes at the foot of the passenger side under the glovebox. Have to take off a panel to get to it

 

UPDATE:

Well, I performed the wiring harness swap posted by minibear.

The problem with the gauges dying has gone away, but now the "open door" indicator does not come on, the "trunk open" light is constantly on and goes away when you turn on the bright lights, and the "ABS" light goes off when you release the parking brake.

I was extremely careful when I put the wires together to make sure they were in the exact order that they were originally connected. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the two wiring harnesses so I can see what each wire powers?
