Last night I swapped my rad out cause it was leaking. Filled it up warmed her up shut off the jeep. I also installed another battery in the trunk that night. Left the jeep in the garage for the day today tried to start it up after work turns over no start. Checked fuel pressure at valve on fuel rail checked for pressure in all cylinders. Checked spark everything is good still no start. What am I missing? What else can I check or do

Actually this is my first time ever using a fuel pressure gauge. Is it supposed to stay pressurized even after the key is turned off. Cause it's not its leaking like a sieve. By the time I get out of the jeep it's already at 20 psi. That's not a good sign correct?
