Default 1998 XJ Passenger Side Mystery Leak?

A couple of days ago I spotted a few drops of fluid on the ground, coming from under the passenger side front frame rail,I cannot for the life of me figure out where its coming from as its very clean and clear oily liquid, motor oil is out of the question and so is trans fluid because its a AX-15. So by the process of elimination its either brake/power steering fluid.

Its a small dime size amount and its in the same spot. . The hoses for the power steering fluid are dry,the brake line that goes into the fenderwell is dry.. Does anyone have any ideas on what to look for? My brake/psf levels are full to the top.

Here is a pic of the spot where it leaks, passenger side front.

hmm,I don't think it is because it leaves an oily residue but I will check it out.

Fairly recently my heater core decided to start leaking heavily and that is how it presented itself.
