Default 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport Brake Problems

Hi, i have a 98 cherokee sport and the brake light came on. I lost pressure in my brakes, the pedal goes to the floor. I checked the fluid and it was low, so i filled it. I noticed that there is fluid leaking where the hose connects to the drum on the rear passenger side brake. I also noticed fluid leaking from the transfer case. How can i fix these issues and are they going to be a complicated jobs? I have looked for info on google but havent found anything. Can somemone help me??

try tightening the brake line but be careful theyre known to seize up and snap when they are old try and be more specific about the tcase leak
