Default 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport Brake Problems

Hi, i have a 98 cherokee sport and the brake light came on. I lost pressure in my brakes, the pedal goes to the floor. I checked the fluid and it was low, so i filled it. I noticed that there is fluid leaking where the hose connects to the drum on the rear passenger side brake. I also noticed fluid leaking from the transfer case. How can i fix these issues and are they going to be a complicated jobs? I have looked for info on google but havent found anything. Can somemone help me??
