1998 Cherokee 2 door rear quarter glass replacement
The vent windows and separator are showing their age and it seems like it would be easy enough to replace the rear quarter glass and vent with a 1997 solid glass piece. Other than repairing any bi-metal corrosion when performing this conversion, is there anything else to be aware of?
I intend to replace both sides when I do this. It should be a straight-up "rip and replace", as far as the rubber and window is concerned (I would think). I just don't want to find out too late that the replacement 1997 glass and rubber won't fit in a 1998 opening once the vent and glass have been removed...
