Default 1997 xj dies. hard to start. wont idle. help plz

On a cold start, i have to feather the gp to get it to start then once it starts i have to keep feathering it until it maintains idle speed. After it idles for about 10-15 min it dies. Ive replaced IAC, coolant temp sens, wires/plugs/cap/rotor. CEL came on and i had a p0138 02 sensor circuit high voltage bank 1 sensor 2. I was thinking about replacing the tps. When i unplug the brake booster the engine speeds up and when i plug it back in the engine dies. Any thoughts?

It could be an o2 sensor since a code was thrown for it...

Do after cat 02s affect drivability?

Brake booster hose removed causes a very large vacuum leak which will cause a rise in RPMs. First fix the knows which is the OX sensor. It will help fix driveability problems.

Marginal available battery voltage can give you the symptoms you describe.

LOAD TEST the battery. Must be ruled in or out before moving onto other possibilities.
