Default 1997 jeep cherokee country cranks but wont fire!!!PLEASE HELP

so i have a strong crank when i turn the key but wont fire. not even a sputter. i even sprayed starting fluid in the throttle body still nothing... could my coil have taking a crapp or my some has said about the Crankshaft sensor because it did take a few seconds to start prior to this problem... please help

I would start at the CPS.

ok thanks. has anyone had luck with the ebay CPS for like 14 dollars.. because i work at advance auto and with my discount its still like 68 dollars...

Try turning the key to ON, then wait 5 seconds, then turn it to OFF, then to ON, then try to start it

thats what i had to do before it stopped starting... i just oreder a cps sensor off of ebay. i will see what this does when it comes

Did you check for fuel pressure on the fuel rail?

What fuse was it then??
And if it's a fuse, you might wanna find out why it blew..
