5/16-18. Top bolt is 1-3/4" long and the bottom is 3/4".
I think.
Look for and buy a thread checker like you find in auto parts stores next to the nuts and bolts. Get standard and metric. You can buy ones that come on a loop, too. Keep them in your toolbox. Very handy.
