Default 1996 XJ Gauge Cluster Issues

Majority of my gauges are not funtioning. I know this is a common issue, but I have tried everything I can think of and every solution I have found.

I just disassembled my dash to and cleaned all the contacts on the back of the gauges. I applied dielectric grease to the connections, tightened all the screws on the gauge panel and checked all the wires. Everything looks fine, so I put it all back together and still nothing from my tach, speedo, odometer, trip meter or fuel gauge. I checked every fuse in the fuse block under the dash and found one burned up (instrument panel lights) replaced it and still nothing. Can someone please help me out here? I find it weird that my temp, oil and volt meters still work but the rest are not functioning.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas that I may have missed? Thanks again for the help!!!!
