It really helps to provide as much detail as possible and ask specific questions.
For example, your 96 XJ stalls out after 15 minutes. Can you get it started again - if so, is it immediate, or do you have to wait for the engine to cool down and then it will restart?
What have you done so far - both in terms of recent work done on the Jeep and for troubleshooting?
Have you checked and cleaned all your grounds and battery cables - not looking at them - actually taking them apart, cleaning the contact surfaces to shiny metal and reconnecting tightly. If not, you should do so before anything else - it's quick, easy and cheap and the experts on this forum will always tell you to do it before anything else.

Then you should be specific - are you asking for common faults or troubleshooting steps?
If I can assume that you are looking for where to start and what could be wrong - I will say that no matter what - start with the grounds and battery cables as mentioned.
Next you can consider two possible thoughts:
1 - Stalling after the engine is warm and being able to start after it cools off is a common symptom of a bad CPS - they can be difficult to test and aught to be replaced with a Mopar part. If you have a manual, it's far less likely to be the CPS.
2 - Fuel pressure - this is the first test that I would do. You can usually rent a test gauge for free from your local parts retailer.
