Jeep won't start without giving it some gas, and if it idles the motor cuts off. Check Engine light is on, ran the test came up with 12-24-55. 12 is, I believe, from the AAA guy disconnecting my battery, I hear it always ends with 55 and 24 is the TPS. I replaced the TPS with what seemed like no problem but the codes stayed the same.
What else can I do without much technical expertise?

Idle Air Control (IAC) stuck closed? It's function is to bypass some air around the throttle plate to allow the engine to run when your foot is off the accelerator.
Not uncommon for carbon and crud to clog the valve. 2 torx bolts to remove and some cleaner spray..
TPS: You should measure 5 volts on the violet/white TPS wire, ground is the black, and an output voltage that varies with throttle angle, from no less than 200 mV-(closed throttle) to no more than 4.8 V (wide open throttle) on the center wire.
If you aren't seeing measurements in that ballpark you may have a TPS wiring/harness problem.
