So I found the damn problem that I was going so nuts about. The fuel filter, (That little rubber piece) has a slit about one inch long in it. I have NO idea how the hell it got there? But it did...anyhow, can I just unscrew the clamps that hold it in place and put a new piece on, or do I have to change the ENTIRE fuel filter? :/ Sorry for asking a stupid question.
