I would like some suggestions and ideas on the best way to resolve my issue. My driver door hinges are worn out and I hate the fact that they are welded to frame and door. I have thought about cutting and removing pins, drill holes and go with a larger pin but there is not much room there as the holes are close to the edge of the hinges. Has anyone tackled this before and how did you fix it??
