You said you changed the rotor and cap? You might want to double check your spark plug wires and make sure they are on the right cylinder.

They are in correctly. I pulled each injector connection and cleaned /dried each one. Still did not start. Pulled a plug. It was wet. I had verified spark at coil and plugs before. Maybe the spark isn't strong enough under compression?

I just recently had this problem too, If you have a wet plug you will need to replace the head gasket, it was 20$ for me and took 5 hours. You need to be careful when taking the valve cover and the main part off, you WILL need a torque wrench. Im new on this jeep forum....

I would pull all the plugs then disconnect the fuel pump relay and crank the motor over a few times to clean out all the fuel then put brand new plugs in, connect fuel pump and give it a shot...Tj
