1990 Limited starting problem - HELP

I remove the front end of the driveshaft for better access.

Drill the upper hole of the CPS to 3/8".

And do the ground refreshing real soon along with the connector refreshing and ICU/coil connectors.

Did you ever remember that fix? I still haven't gotten to the cps replacement, life keeps gettin in the way of important things

FIXED! Sorry guys, going thru some old posts and realized I never posted the fix I found. It was a bad ecu! When I disconnected the battery, it would reset and start a few times. Then not start again I got lucky and found a local guy on CL with another 90 ecu for $15 and figured wtf, I'll try it. Fixed the problem!

Much thanks for getting back. And the crowd cheers! . Glad to hear it's solved. I guess you would need the put the old ECU back to be sure it wasn't just the connector. But hey if that's it, you could sell one on CL!

Tried the old one to be sure, and it was the ecu for sure! I took vengeance with my .45 on it! Boy did that feel good after SO much frustration!

I used a 12 gauge on my first smart phone. Why does that feel so good?
